Current bookings bring in and are not limited to $10,000 weekly with additional pontoon rental income.The Resort is now capable of being a year round destination. (Christmas, New Years, Valentine's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, etc.). The "Sandpiper Inn" restaurant with seating capacity of 83 serves breakfast, lunch and dinner to guests & or the public.
It could also be leased out or purchased privately. The "Sandpiper Inn" comes complete with 2 stainless steel refrigerators, triple sink washing, commercial stove with griddle, serving ware, catering warming trays, mini-splits providing heating/cooling and an indoor wood fireplace. This restaurant could be operated or leased as a separate restaurant not inclusive of the Resort. Sleeping accommodations at South Shore have the capacity for 60 guests. The Main Lodge (sleeps 24) 4 en suites with Full bathrooms (3 Master and 1 with Queenbeds); 2 half bathrooms, Kitchen, dining, livingroom, and Laundry are all on the main floor.
